Privacy notice
How we handle information on JVH and JVH Travel. Open a section to read more.
Effective date: October 21, 2026. Last updated: October 21, 2026.
Jordan Venture House LLC (JVH), based in California, explains here how information is handled through our informational websites at jordanventurehouse.com and travel.jordanventurehouse.com, the jvhtravel.com forwarding address, and related email inquiries. Our private Home Office workspace is separate. This website does not currently offer customer accounts, purchases, travel bookings or online member signup.
1. What information we collect
You can browse without creating an account or uploading files. When you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any name, interests or other details you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive records.
Our hosting and domain-forwarding providers may process technical information such as an IP address, requested website address or path, browser information, referring page and request time to deliver and protect these services. The information processed depends on the service and request. This is separate from optional analytics and the information you choose to email us.
At a glance
- Email inquiries
- Your email and anything you choose to share; used to respond. Handled through Microsoft 365. Ordinary inquiry policy: 24 months after the last substantive exchange; automatic deletion is not configured.
- Website requests
- Technical information used by hosting and forwarding providers to deliver and protect the service. Porkbun describes 14-day retention for security-related system and access logs; other provider records may have different periods.
- Questionnaire preview
- Preview answers are not submitted to JVH or saved by our website code. No online membership registration occurs.
2. How we use information
We use inquiry information to answer questions, discuss products or potential partnerships, and provide related follow-up. If you share feedback, we may use it to improve our website and developing services. We do not use this website to track your browsing across other websites.
3. Founding-member interest and newsletters
We are planning a free founding-member interest list for people interested in trying JVH products and sharing feedback. You can express interest now by email; online submissions are not active. Our questionnaire preview lets you try the questions, but its answers are not sent to JVH or saved by our website code. You can clear them using the reset button. Your browser may offer its own autofill or session restoration; please use sample information in the preview. We use your email and the details you choose to include to reply about that interest. These messages follow the inquiry retention policy below. Sending an email does not automatically enroll you in a mailing list.
Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Any newsletter signup will be a separate, optional choice. Before online signup opens, we will identify the signup provider and explain retention and how to leave the list. You can currently email us to ask us to stop optional follow-up about your inquiry.
Founding membership is a community interest program; it does not offer an investment, ownership in JVH or guaranteed product access.
4. Providers and information sharing
We use Microsoft 365 for business email and Porkbun for website hosting. Providers process information needed to deliver their services. We may share inquiry information with service providers as needed to handle the inquiry, or disclose information when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.
For provider information, see Microsoft’s privacy statement, Porkbun’s privacy policy and Porkbun’s data-processing terms. Those notices cover the providers’ own practices and services; not every practice they describe applies to JVH’s website.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website code does not set cookies, store information in your browser, or include optional analytics, advertising pixels, session recordings or embedded third-party content. Hosting security logs are separate.
Our website code does not track visitors over time across other websites and does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. We do not include third-party advertising or analytics tools that collect browsing activity across websites. Hosting providers still process technical information as described above. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
Optional analytics remain disabled. We will update this notice before adding features that change these practices and provide any choices required for those features.
6. How long information is kept
Our policy is to retain ordinary inquiry emails for 24 months after the last substantive exchange. Automatic deletion has not been configured, so messages are not automatically removed at that point. Customer and accounting records, and information subject to legal holds or other legal requirements, may need different retention periods.
Porkbun’s published data-processing terms describe system and access logs for security-related events with a 14-day retention period. That period describes those logs, not every category of information a provider may retain, including information kept to meet legal obligations. It is separate from JVH’s inquiry retention policy.
7. Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information you have shared with us, or ask us to stop optional communications. Where processing depends on your consent, you can ask to withdraw that consent. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the circumstances.
Email privacy@jordanventurehouse.com with your request. Please do not include identity documents or passwords in your first message. We may need proportionate verification before acting, and applicable requirements or exceptions may affect what we can provide or delete.
8. Links to other websites
If you follow an external link, the other website’s privacy practices apply to your activity there. Please review its notice before sharing information.
9. Updates and contact
We will post the revised notice here with its effective date. For material changes, we will also display a prominent notice on the affected website before the change takes effect. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using information in a new way. Questions about this notice can be sent to privacy@jordanventurehouse.com.
